The Amici Singers are a non-auditioning female ensemble with a focus on fun! We do lots of tours, rehearse once a week and work hard/play hard.

All are very welcome: With over 50-60 members attending our weekly rehearsals – we certainly have a lot to say (and sing) for ourselves!

There are no auditions, your first session is free (and anyone is welcome to come and just listen at any time). Membership cost is just £15 per term (£45 per year). We have a no audition policy.

Find us and Follow us on Facebook for live updates and lots more videos, images and info about what we are up to.

Join us every Thursday night at Trinity (Methodist Church) in Biggleswade from 7.45 till 9.45.  Shortmead St, Biggleswade SG18 0AP

All About us:

Founded by Douglas Coombes in 1978 the name Amici means ‘friend’ and this really is the right name for our choir!

Although we take our singing seriously, we enjoy what we do too. Many of us have been members since the beginning! That is a lot of Thursday nights…

Ring either of the below contact numbers or find us on Facebook. Then come along to a rehearsal where you will be very welcome.

Musical Director – Dr. Douglas Coombes M.B.E.

President – Brian Mack (More about the Amici Presidents past and present)
